At age 6, Jack already had a diagnosis of autism, however, he was verbal and functioning fairly well. Jack’s Nana has raised him and did all she could to keep him healthy through diet and other treatment modalities. On the morning of Jack’s 7th birthday, he woke up and had experienced a major regression with verbal and communication skills. His Nana said it was as if he had had something happen to his brain, similar to a stroke, but diagnostic testing showed no changes had occurred. His anxiety levels were much more heightened as well.
Jack’s Nana brought him to Summit Brain Health for help. He went through six weeks of therapy and the changes have been astonishing. His anxiety levels are much more normal, he is speaking again, and he is excited about engaging with the world around him. We’d like to share some videos of his progress to show how sweet little Jack is doing now!
It is so heartwarming to see our patients progress and be able to live their best lives again! Not only is Jack happer, but so is his Nana!
Jack is our hero!!
